Downstream partnered with WV Rivers and others to engage residents of the two panhandles in crafting PFAS action plans for their drinking water supplies. In Phase 1 of the project, we supported the effort through message development and research. In Phase 2, Downstream produced a PFAS explainer video and wrote/designed collateral materials to support several public meetings designed to gain local knowledge about historical PFAS deposition and potential future solutions.
