Bullskin is located in central Jefferson County, and flows to the Shenandoah River. The Bullskin watershed encompasses a diverse area of land use, primarily agricultural but also includes residential and commercial/industrial uses.
Friends of Bullskin Run and local volunteers gather for a day of water monitoring on the stream at Clear Spring Preserve. Alana Hartman of the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection lead volunteers in a benthic macro invertebrate test in order to learn more about the water quality and health of Bullskin Run.
