The Downstream Project has teamed with Chesapeake Commons, developers of Water Reporter, to be the regional resource for watershed groups looking to harness the power of the Water Reporter app. Furthermore, as the developers of over 30 conservation Websites, Downstream is uniquely positioned to integrate Water Reporter’s data visualization and mapping capabilities into Partner Websites.
Our Process: Simple as 1-2-3
- Member Outreach and Introduction: Using a combination of outbound email, social network posts, and Blog posts, members are introduced to the benefits of the Water Reporter app, and are stepped through a user-friendly download and signup process.
- Onboarding & Training: Downstream provides training to Partner representatives in Water Reporter field usage (it’s simple, just point, click, and post), which they in turn pass on to Members.
- Website Integration: Downstream integrates Water Reporter mapping and data visualization into the Partner’s Website, and offers ongoing “back end” Web support services as needed.
