The Piedmont Environmental Council (PEC) was founded in 1972 to promote and protect the Virginia Piedmont’s rural economy, natural resources, history and beauty. Produced in celebration of PEC’s 40th anniversary, this video provides a look at PEC’s work from the perspective of the people the organization works with — farmers, teachers, parents, and conservationists.
