The Eastern Panhandle Conservation District is the regional program of the WV Conservation Agency in Morgan, Berkeley, and Jefferson counties. EPCD provides for and promotes the protection and conservation of our soil, land, water and related resources for the health, safety, and general welfare of the state’s citizens.
